With only one engine option, the Infiniti G-Series wasn’t really a match for the whole pack of Germans from Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. But in terms of refinement, the 2013 G37 was a true contender in its price range and power output.

Part of the fourth generation of the Infiniti G-Series, the G-Sedan was a premium car in the compact sedan market. It was known for its interior refinement and high-quality hand-made stitches on the leather upholstery.

From the outside, there were not many improvements over the 2009 facelift, but it offered standard 17” alloy wheels instead of 16”. The grille received a minor restyling, offering a crisp form and a high-quality look. The fog lights were offered as standard and installed in the lower side of the bumper. For the Sport 6MT version, there was a special Sport package, featuring distinctive front fascia, headlights and sport side sills. The HID headlight with bi-xenon lighting was standard. The rear lights were LED-type.

Inside, the front seats were heated as standard. The audio system has received a minor upgrade. An option for a Bose premium sound system was available. For the instrument cluster, a new LCD display was installed.

The G-Sedan was offered with only one engine option, but available with a rear or all-wheel-drive, six-speed manual or 7-speed automatic, depending on the version and trim level.
